Facilities of Hotel Velkom
Hotel Velkom is built around the things that make a seaside holiday easy. The seasonal outdoor swimming pool is free for guests and framed by a sun deck with loungers, beach chairs and umbrellas, with a shallow kids' pool for the youngest guests and outdoor furniture and a shaded dining area on the terrace. Free WiFi reaches every part of the building, and free private parking in the covered garage beneath the hotel needs no reservation - the elevator brings you and your luggage straight up to your floor.
A buffet breakfast is served daily in the hotel restaurant, with a kid-friendly selection alongside homemade and locally inspired dishes, while the coffee house, the bar and the shared lounge area are the natural places for a refreshing drink, a glass of wine or a quiet evening indoors. Rooms and common areas are air-conditioned and heated, entirely non-smoking with a designated smoking area outdoors, and family rooms accommodate up to four guests.
The front desk is open 24 hours a day for private or express check-in and check-out, invoices, baggage storage and a safe, with daily housekeeping and a laundry service throughout your stay. An airport shuttle and transfers can be arranged on request for an additional charge, and the team speaks English and Serbian. Pets are not allowed.
House rules
Check-in is from 11:00 to 19:00 and check-out from 07:00 to 10:00. Children of all ages are welcome, and children aged seven and above are charged as adults. An extra bed for guests aged six and over is available on request at € 20 per person per night, subject to availability, and there are no cribs at the property. All rooms are non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Cancellation and prepayment conditions depend on the room type you choose.
